Ghost Town Coin Art
Larry of Creative Cutting started creating fine jewelry with coins from all over the world over 35 years ago.
He is considered the Father of Cut Coin Jewelry and is known for his work all over the world.
His jewelry is quite unique because each coin is hand-cut, hand-plated and hand-finished by Larry himself.
Because each piece is created by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. No machine is ever used for cutting.
Every coin to be used for jewelry is removed from circulation in Fine or Better condition. It is then meticulously hand-cut to enhance the coins design (using a jeweler's saw).
Next the coin goes through a multiple step "Electro-Etch" (patented) process using 24kt gold and pure silver to complete the process of embellishing the coins details and designs.
