Gee-Bee Squadron Mobile. Although they may appear to have been designed by Disney cartoonists, the Gee-Bees won 1932 national air races. With name like Wasp Jr. and Bumblebee, they featured 550 HP engines and did not use wing flaps. At the time serious and popular, they now look somewhat comical. They have also become beloved icons from 1930s aviation history.
